Personal Home Sorting, Clutter Clearing and Cleaning Services based in Tavistock and covering the Southwest.

How we calculate the cost for sorting:

The hourly rate for your Personal Organiser is £24 per hour

How we calculate the cost for clearing:

Prices are exclusively for clients accessing our sorting services

General Household Waste from £36 (half van) to £68* (full van)
Smaller quantities will be charged at £8* per full bin liner (up to 12kg)
Confidential paperwork to be shredded & recycled at £12 per box (provided)

*Excluding Additional Charge items

How we calculate the cost for cleaning:

AfterClear Cleaning services are charged at a daily rate, starting from £160 
The hourly rate for Regular Maintenance Cleaning is £20 per hour

Additional charges apply at the waste transfer station for: 

WEEE (Waste Electronic Equipment)
PC Monitors, Televisions, Printers, Scanners, Faxes, Microwaves, PC Terminals, Desktop Phones 

POPS (Persistent Organic Pollutants)
Sofas, Armchairs, Footstools

Bulky Household Items
Fridges, Freezers, Cookers, Washing Machines, Mattresses

Charity Donations

Exclusively for clients accessing our sorting services and items must be in a resalable condition

We will take your reusable items to charity for Free

Travel

We are based in Tavistock and cover:
TR8, TR9, PL30, PL31, PL14, PL15, PL16, PL17, PL18, PL19, PL20, PL1, PL2, PL3, PL4, PL5, PL6 & EX20

Travel outside of these areas will be charged at 0.45p per mile from PL19

How does the pricing work?

There are two options: 

1. We provide an estimate 

After our initial consultation, we can provide you with an estimate for the expected cost.

2. You set the time 

If you have a set budget, you can advise us of how many hours you'd like to book and we will do all that we can within this timeframe.

How to pay

1 £40 Deposit is required to secure your booking.

2 This deposit will be deducted from your final bill, unless the appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice.

2 Final payment is due upon receipt of invoice, which is usually issued on the day services are delivered.

 

* Except for Waste Collection Bookings (non-clients) full payment is required upon booking for this service.
