Our Clearing Service
HOMECLEAR is a fully licensed and legal waste carrier. You can trust that all removals are handled legally, safely, and responsibly.
Items will only be removed from your property with your full consent.
At each sorting visit, your Personal Organiser can take away general rubbish, recycling, and charity donations, this is often all that’s needed for smaller clear outs.
If there’s a larger volume of waste, specialist items, or bulky furniture, we’ll arrange a separate collection, usually toward the end of your scheduled sessions to ensure everything is dealt with in one go.
How we calculate the cost for Clearing:
The below prices are exclusively for clients accessing our HomeClear Sort Services:
In-House Waste Removal:
Your Personal Organiser is equipped with a Ford Transit Courier van to remove General Rubbish and Recycling items.
From £36 (half van) to £68* (full van)
Smaller quantities will be charged at £8* per full bin liner (up to 12kg)
If you have confidential paperwork to be shredded before disposal, there will be an additional charge of £12 per sealed sack (provided)
External Waste Collection:
For greater quantities, specialist waste collection and furniture removal, the cost is based per kg/tonne and will vary depending on the contents and volume to be collected.

Charity Donations:
Items that can be donated to charity, will be taken to the local Charity Donation Centre by your Personal Organiser, for Free.

Additional charges are set by the Waste Transfer Station for certain bulky household items/appliances, some electrical items (WEEE) and upholstered furniture (POPS).
Fees start from £14.40 per item.
Please note, as a business, we are charged to dispose of waste, which is why these fees must apply. We have no objection should you prefer to dispose of your own waste using your household bins.
Specialist Waste examples: food waste, hazardous waste, biological waste
Large Furniture examples: white goods, kitchen appliances, bedroom furniture and sofas
Additional Charge examples: computers, microwaves, televisions
How to pay
1 £40 Deposit is required to secure your booking.
2 This deposit will be deducted from your final bill, unless the appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice.
2 Final payment is due upon receipt of invoice, which is usually issued on the day services are delivered.
* Except for Waste Collection Bookings (non-clients) full payment is required upon booking for this service.
