Items will only be removed from the property with your consent.
General Rubbish, Recycling and Charity Donations, can be removed from the property by your Personal Organiser at each sorting visit and in some cases, this may be all that is required.
In the instance there is Specialist Waste, Large Furniture items, or a significant volume of waste, we will arrange for this to be collected, usually towards the end of your scheduled sessions.
How we calculate the cost for Clearing:
Items that can be donated to charity, will be taken to the local Charity Donation Centre by your Personal Organiser, for free.
For each van load of General Rubbish and Recycling that is removed by your Personal Organiser, this is charged at £68 *excluding Additional Charge items.
For Specialist Waste and Large Furniture removal, the cost is based per kg/tonne of waste and depending on the contents to be collected, this means the price will vary per job, fees start from £180.
*Additional Charges are set by the waste transfer station for certain household appliances, some electrical items (WEEE) and upholstered furniture (POPS). An additional charge is applied per item, fees start from £10 per item.
Specialist Waste examples: food waste, hazardous waste
Large Furniture examples: white goods, kitchen appliances, bedroom furniture and sofas
Additional Charge examples: computers, microwaves, televisions
Ways to pay
1 50% Deposit upfront, and remainder on completion.
2 Pay for each service on the day it is received.
3 Full payment divided by total visits, made payable at each visit.
